Taking care of yourself


If you want to live the life, you must take care of yourself at all levels, i.e., mental, physical, and emotional. You are solely responsible for yourself. Practicing this does not make you free from other responsibilities. Life is all about a game of balance. You do not get a separate chance to take care of everything. You have to deal with many things simultaneously. Simple way to do so, "Do your best and leave the rest." Sometimes doing nothing also works. There are no rules for it. You have to discover one for yourself. You will learn it gradually in your life.Some simple ways to take care of yourself are:


1.Accept yourself

Never try to suoerimpose others' identity on yourself.Adopting virtues from others is good, but trying to be someone else is not fair. So be yourself.For this you have to explore yourself.Self expolaration leads you to find your potential. You are unique and it is your responsibility to maintain this uniqueness.


2.Love yourself

Before claiming to love someone,just ask yourself a question: Do you love yourself? Then you realise that you missed loving someone who is very important, i.e., yourself. Love is like the fragrance of a flower. If you have it, only then can you give it someone else.


3.Live now 

a)Only change is constant.

b)Only now is in your hand.

I think the above two are pivotal principles of life. If we understand it, our lives become beautiful and loving. Live every breath of your life. Moments have their own journey which you can't control. Don't ruin the moments in memory of the past or in dream of the future. Live them as beautifully as possible.

The elixir is coordination among economy, emotion, and thought. 

Restart Works

Life is full of ups and downs. It does not go according to our plan. Sometimes circumstances force us to stop many things in our life. These circumstances may be natural or manmade. Sometimes it becomes such a big issue people decide to give up their life. In present days living in such a technologically advanced era, we are facing loneliness and depression. A major reason behind it is the breaking of the family as an institution. Here capitalistic mindset plays a major role. I can list down here a lot of issues and problems. But here the big question is What would be the solution? There may be several solutions but what I like is Restart. In the age of the computer, we all know that lot of issues we have to face in our computer during our work do you know what most of these issues just fix with simply restarting, it takes some time, but it works. It can be applied in our life also. It is very necessary to take a break and introspect and then restart. It can be the best tool to handle ...
