Restart Works

Life is full of ups and downs. It does not go according to our plan. Sometimes circumstances force us to stop many things in our life. These circumstances may be natural or manmade. Sometimes it becomes such a big issue people decide to give up their life. In present days living in such a technologically advanced era, we are facing loneliness and depression. A major reason behind it is the breaking of the family as an institution. Here capitalistic mindset plays a major role. I can list down here a lot of issues and problems. But here the big question is What would be the solution? There may be several solutions but what I like is Restart. In the age of the computer, we all know that lot of issues we have to face in our computer during our work do you know what most of these issues just fix with simply restarting, it takes some time, but it works. It can be applied in our life also. It is very necessary to take a break and introspect and then restart. It can be the best tool to handle ...

Gratitude

Everyone has a lot of complaints about not having this or that. In this noise of complaints, we missed the melodies and music of things that already exist in our life. It is like inventing sorrow themself and crying after it. It is ok to have dreams and put effort to fulfill them but during this, we should not miss the present, the only thing which is in our hands. Beauty can't be constrained among certain parameters. Everything may be beautiful in its way, but it requires broadening the horizon of our acceptance. Here gratitude can play a major role. Being grateful for what we have, makes us worthy to be conscious. Gratitude creates a more positive attitude about our life. Life is full of ups and downs, it always not goes as we wish, it has its way. It may be in your favor; it may be against you. Sometimes we are in situations where we are not aware of ourselves identity that's why we also fail to know what is in our favor or against us. Being grateful helps us...

Taking care of yourself

If you want to live the life, you must take care of yourself at all levels, i.e., mental, physical, and emotional. You are solely responsible for yourself. Practicing this does not make you free from other responsibilities. Life is all about a game of balance. You do not get a separate chance to take care of everything. You have to deal with many things simultaneously. Simple way to do so, "Do your best and leave the rest." Sometimes doing nothing also works. There are no rules for it. You have to discover one for yourself. You will learn it gradually in your life. Some simple ways to take care of yourself are: 1.Accept yourself Never try to suoerimpose others' identity on yourself.Adopting virtues from others is good, but trying to be someone else is not fair. So be yourself. For this you have to explore yourself.Self expolaration leads you to find your potential. You are unique and it is your responsibility to maintain this uniqueness. 2.Love yourself Before claiming to l...

Making Learning Joyful

Why am I not enjoying my education? Today I am looking at my old mark sheet. It freshened the old memories of my school days. I scored enough marks in my school days to be counted as a good student in my class. But today I have a problem with this categorization itself because it works as a barrier to the full blossom of enjoyment of learning. Imposing fixed dimensions to evaluate the learners' progress is very unfair because dimensions are not rigid it is evolving in nature. Quantification of evolving things on certain parameters is a fraud in itself. In the present day, the whole focus is on quantification of the progress of learners. I am not against the present-day education system but there is a huge lack of creative space in the system. Way forward Compassion not competition In today's world, we need compassion in every aspect. Compassion is key to harmony and harmony is the foundation of all existence. The teaching-learning process must emphasize compassion. Compassion...
